Paul A. Henry, PT

Paul Henry licensed Physical Therapist
Paul A. Henry, PT is a member of American Physical Therapy Association, Arkansas Physical Therapy Association and member of Rehab Network of Arkansas. He is a graduate of St. Louis University. He has spent 20 years refining the art of manual therapy, orthopedic and sports medicine.  He is completing his Orthopaedic Speciality Certification through the American Physical Therapy Association.  He has implemented a multitude of programs for the community of Mountain Home to include injury prevention for the Mountain Home Girls Athletics program and allied healthcare education as a faculty member at ASU. Paul specializes in the treatment of sports injuries, custom molded foot orthotics, hip, neck and back pain and knee and ankle injuries and issues.

Paul has completed extensive post-graduate education at The International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine specializing in treatment of the following conditions:

Crystal Henry OT, CHT

Crystal Henry Certified Hand Therapy Specialist
Crystal Henry OT, CHT is a certified hand specialist with over 17 years of experience in the areas of neurological rehab and orthopedic upper extremity rehab. She is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Central Arkansas.  After completing post graduate education and furthering her training through an affiliation at the Hand & Upper Extremity Specialty Center in Littler Rock, she returned to bring specialized care to shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand patients.

As a Certified Hand Therapist, she has met the rigorous international qualifications to bring a level of care not often found in rural communities. She treats conditions that include:

  • Tennis Elbow
  • Shoulder Rotator Cuff Tear and Repair
  • Wrist or Hand Fractures Custom Splinting 
  • Finger or Thumb Dislocations/Sprains

 Melissa Hinson, PT

Melissa Hinson physical therapist in Mountain Home, AR
Melissa is a 1998 graduate as a Physical Therapist from the University of Missouri, in Colombia, Missouri.  Prior to beginning her 17 year career as a Physical Therapist, she grew up in Summersville, Missouri where she graduated high school as Valedictorian of the class of 1992.  She has extensive experience and continuing education in the areas of stroke management, spinal cord injury rehab, progressive neurological disorders management, spinal cord injury rehab, progressive neurological diseases such as Parkinsons and Multiple Sclerosis, Amputee Management/Prosthetic Gait and Spinal pain management. 
Renee' Rodgers, MS, PT
Rennee Rodgers physical therapist in Mountain Home, AR
Renee' is a PT, MS and is a graduate of University of Central Arkansas' School of Physical Therapy and has practiced physical therapy in the Twin Lakes area since 2001. In addition to being skilled in orthopedic rehabilitation, she also has specialized training in Lymphedema management and women's health's health, including the treatment of pelvic pain and incontinence. 
She has worked closely with the Susan G. Komen foundation to obtain grant monies to begin offering Lymphedema treatment, chartering the initiation of Certified Lymphedema Management in the Twin Lakes area. (Grants written and awarded under the name Renee' Barnes.)
